I’m a Nutrition Health Coach & Educator.
I desire to make a more direct impact on people’s lives through nutrition regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.
I’m not about quick fixes or keeping up with the latest diet or fad; instead, I look at health through the lens of long-term, sustained changes that fit within your life.
One of the things I love about being a nutrition health coach is approaching my work with curiosity. It fosters trust, and respect, and creates a safe space for people to talk about their health.
I BELIEVE: By being curious we create an environment where we feel heard and valued. This is core to addressing challenges and identifying solutions that promote sustained change.
